Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
What your background should look like:

Role Statement:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing accurate data analysis and reporting, standard costing and for supporting Plant Controller in budgeting, forecasting, month-close activities.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and calculate standard costing of stock material, daily and in annual costing cycles.
Execute standard reporting and process standardization in plant.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and analysis, also take part in month-close activities.
Take vital part in budgeting and forecasting for the plant P&L.
Close cooperation with multiple teams locally and within corporation.
Controlling of stock transactions and production orders’ variances.
Partner with Plant Controller to fully support financial targets and initiatives in plant.
Participate in specific operations or finance projects. 


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years’ experience in Finance & Controlling as Controller or Analyst
3+ years’ experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, other)
Master’s degree in finance, controlling or accounting. 
Strong analysis skills with an ability to "see the big picture" and anticipate future consequences.
Strong problem solving, strategic & tactical thinking. 
Positive and energetic approach with a “can-do” attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels.
Culturally sensitive with international experience.
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
Very good English is a must.
