EMEA Claim Management Engineer

Job Overview

The EMEA Claim Management Engineer is the interface between QM and the customers (internal and external) for all topics linked to a claim. Has accountability for closing claim management activities according agreed quality and time targets. Works on continuous improvement of claim management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports sales and customer service to improve continuously the customer experience
  • Collects all new claims and assign them to the responsible plants
  • Assigns priorities on claims handling
  • Moderates communication among involved plants and departments
  • Moderates (whenever specific support is needed) RCA and CAPAs meetings
  • Support cross functional teams with risk assessments and problem solving
  • Performs 8D audits and starts actions to improve 8D report goodness
  • Performs statistical analysis and share reports
  • Works on continuous improvement of claim management processes, procedures and working instructions
