Sales Development Manager - Energy Measurement
Job Summary
To work with consultants throughout ANZ to specify Crompton products in infrastructure and renewable installation projects and manage the Crompton APAC team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales and distribution sales channel for the Crompton brand
- Maintain a list of key ANZ project within Salesforce.
- Responsibility for project content and growth targets
- Work with key account manager supporting our distribution network.
- Provide products and market input to the product roadmap.
- Develop a strategy for the growth of New Products with Product Management
- Prepare and deliver product / systems training and information to Consultants.
- Schedule meetings with internal departments to resolve any ‘road block’ issues
- Maintain and update data within the Tyco Electronics Avante/CDA database and Salesforce.com systems
- Regularly review all relevant current business practices and processes for suggestions of improvement/implementing best practice
- Assist in collating information for National Sales Manager to present to Senior Management
- Achieve agreed individual specific stated goals and objectives within agreed time-scales
- Manage the APAC Commercial and Technical team for the APAC region.
Job Requirements
- Organized, professional with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage own time and workload to be successful.
- High attention to detail and proactive approach, and drive to win in competitive markets
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in switchgear, LV control systems or LV electrical measurement industry.
- Computer literate with knowledge of CRM systems, mainframe systems and MS Office
- Qualification in Electronics / Electrical would be an advantage
