Job Overview

Delivers integrated customer experience, assesses customer needs, and prepares product specifications for development and installation of customized applications.

Job Requirements

  •  Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify and meet their technical needs.
  •  Conducting needs assessments to determine how company products meet customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  •  Collaborating with design engineering to provide input on product reliability and other technical considerations.
  •  Providing post-sale technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
