Responsibilities
1.Overall manage facility equipment such as air-condition system, air-compressor, electrical equipment, waste gas cleaning system, elevators etc.
2.Identify opportunities for facility improvement and converts ideas into action.
3.Various improvement project management, including safety, lead time, cost.
4.Motivate technicians to improve management and technical level so that facilities can be got better maintenance as PM programs.
5.Coordinate with contractors, implement production line moving etc.
6.Manage & implement EHS related activities and programs including documentation & records and ensure all local applicable laws & regulations are met & confirmed.
7.Monitor daily consumption of energy resource, water, and drive various energy-saving activities.
8.Lead facility expansion and construction projects
9.Communicate with government agencies, complete various permits from government.
Qualifications
1.College degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical technology or similar engineering discipline.
2.8+ years working experience, at least 3 years team management experience in integrated facilities management for an international company.
3.Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
4.Has good knowledge and experience on Electrical distribution panels & systems, HVAC systems, fire systems and plumbing etc.
5.Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills in either internal or external.
6.Effective and positive, with an ability to clearly set expectations, train, and promote teamwork.
7.Independent, self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind
