Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

1.Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the plant.
2.Taking notes and meeting minute for plant meetings
3.Coordinate Meeting request, customer visit in order to make the higher level of service.
4.Assist to complete employee performance data
5.Effectively complete all other works assigned by plant manager.

1.College degree or above
2.With 4-5 years working experience in assistant or admin or HR field.
3.MS office skill
4. Good communication skills
