Supervises a team of quality technicians, inspectors, and/or engineers, ensuring effective in-process controls and defect prevention. 

Job Requirements

1. Process quality engineer team management. 过程质量工程师团队管理;
2. Conduct plant COPQ, drive internal team to improve process quality issues, reduce the cost of poor quality to meet the target. 进行工厂COPQ，推动内部团队改善工艺质量问题，降低质量差的成本，以达到目标;
3. Assign non-critical customers or cases quality issue handling. 分派非关键客户和重大投诉case处理
4. Built-in-quality tools application in process and follow up. 内建质量工具的应用过程和跟踪
5. Coordinate and optimize QE recourse, to support internal team for problem analysis协调和优化QE资源，支持内部团队进行问题分析
6. PQE staff skill training; team build and staff development. PQE人员技能培训, 团队建设和员工发展;
7. Follow up TE EHS policy. 跟进TE EHS政策;
8. Other work assigned by Manager. 经理交办的其他工作;

What your background should look like

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrialization 理工科本科毕业
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in electronic or related industry quality management and at least 5 years team leader experience. 至少8年电子或相关行业质量管理工作经验和至少5年团队领导经验。
3. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, fishbone chart, 5whys; 全面的错误预防和问题解决知识，如8D、鱼骨图、5whys
4. Excellent communication skills with internal and external优秀的内部和外部沟通能力
5. Be good at data collection and data analysis. 善于数据收集和数据分析
6. With systematic project management thinking, able to drive quality improvement projects. 具有系统的项目管理思维，能够推动项目的质量改进
7. Comprehensive knowledge of quality planning methods, e.g. PPAP/MSA/SPC control plan and FMEA. 全面了解质量规划方法，例如：PPAP/MSA/SPC控制计划和FMEA
8. Familiar with IATF16949 and other quality system requirements. 熟悉IATF16949和其他质量体系要求;
9. Good office application skills. 良好的办公软件应用技能
10. Mass production product quality control, correct and prevent. 量产产品质量控制、纠正和预防
11. Spoken English is mandatory requirement.  英语口语流利。
