Job Requirements

1. FSR/IQC/IPQC team management includes plant measurement equipment calibration. FSR/IQC/IPQC团队管理包括工厂测量和设备校准;
2. Coordinate and optimize QC recourse, to support internal team for problem analysis协调和优化QC资源，支持内部团队进行问题分析
3. According to the production schedule to assign QC task accordingly根据生产计划安排相应的QC任务;
4. Review and familiar with FSR/IQC/IPQC performance, Cooperation with   engineering/quality member to improve product quality. 审查并熟悉FSR/IQC/IPQC绩效，与工程/质量成员合作提高产品质量;
5. Production standardization improvement, including inspection plan, inspector skills, discipline management. 生产标准化改进，包括检查计划、检查员技能、纪律管理。
6. Shift quality staff performance appraisal. 轮班质量和员工绩效考核;
7. Keep responsible managers promptly informed of product or process nonconformities. 及时将产品或过程不合格通知负责的经理
8. QC staff skill training; team build and staff development. QC人员技能培训；团队建设和员工发展;
9. Follow up TE EHS policy. 跟进TE EHS政策;
10. Other work assigned by Manager. 经理交办的其他工作;

What your background should look like

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/industrialization. 理工科本科毕业
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in electronic or related industry quality management. 至少5年电子或相关行业质量管理工作经验
3. Familiar with measurement equipment like DTM/OGP. 熟悉测量类似于DTM/OGP的测量设备。
4. Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, fishbone chart,5whys; 全面的错误预防和问题解决知识，如8D、鱼骨图、5whys
5. Excellent communication skills with internal and external. 优秀的内部和外部沟通能力
6. Be good at data collection and data analysis. 善于数据收集和数据分析
7. Familiar with MSA, SPC quality tools. 了解质量工具比如MSA, SPC.
8. Familiar with IATF16949 and other quality system requirements. 熟悉IATF16949和其他质量体系要求;
9. Good office application skills. 良好的办公软件应用技能
