Job Overview

Develop and improve plating engineering and process, conduct plating chemicals maintenance and problems solving, define chemical sourcing plan, monitor waste water treatment process and DI water production process, manage chemical lab and precious mental, act as EHS and safety coordinator in plating department with the objective of ensuring production operation smoothly and safely within government regulations and company policies and procedures. 开发和改进电镀工程和工艺，进行电镀化学品维护和问题解决，确定化学品采购计划，监控废水处理过程和去离子水生产过程，管理化学实验室和贵金属，在电镀部门担任EHS和安全协调员，以确保生产在政府法规和公司政策和程序范围内顺利安全运行。

Job Requirements

1. Plating Engineering Development and Improvement电镀工工艺的发展和改进

Lead Chemist Team to introduce and evaluate new technology of plating chemicals and monitor the result of new technology running to improve plating production efficiency and meet cost saving target. 带领化学家团队引入和评估电镀化学品的新技术，并监控新技术运行的结果，以提高电镀生产效率，达到节约成本的目标。

2. Chemicals Maintenance化学品维护

Make up maintenance plan based on Chemicals statistic report and instruct subordinates to implement the maintenance plan and monitor it. Make safety stock for chemicals to meet production requirement and reduce chemicals overstock. 根据化学品统计报告制定维护计划，并指导下属执行维护计划并进行监控。做好化学品的安全库存，以满足生产要求，减少化学品积压。

3. Plating Chemicals Analysis and Problem Solving电镀化学品分析和问题解决

Conduct regular plating chemicals analysis, instruct process engineer to maintain plating process and solve related issues to ensure production operation smoothly. 定期进行电镀化学品分析，指导工艺工程师维护电镀工艺并解决相关问题，确保生产顺利进行。

4. Waste Water Process and DI Water Produce废水处理和纯水工艺

Supervise subordinates to treat waste water and produce DI water to comply with waste water emission control regulations and meet production requirements. 监督下属处理废水和制造纯水，以符合废水排放控制规定并满足生产要求。

5. Chemical Lab Management 化学实验室管理

(i) Define chemicals analysis methodology and monitor chemicals analysis process to ensure data accuracy. 定义化学品分析方法并监控化学品分析过程，以确保数据准确性。

(ii) Stipulate the maintenance plan for laboratory equipment and instruct chemist to implement the maintenance plan to ensure normal chemicals analysis in production. 规定实验室设备的维护计划，并指导化学家实施维护计划，以确保生产中的正常化学品分析。

6. EHS co-ordinate EHS协调

Assist Plating manager to establish EHS management system in plating department. Communicate with plating guys about company's EHS policy, spirit and plan, and monitor the execution in order to ensure plating production is in compliance with EHS requirement. 协助电镀经理在电镀部门建立EHS管理体系。与电镀工人沟通公司的EHS政策、精神和计划，并监督执行情况，以确保电镀生产符合EHS要求。

7. Precious Metal Management贵金属管理

What your background should look like

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemistry. 本科及以上学历，化学专业
2. Minimum 5 years work experience(chemical related). 至少5年工作经验（化学相关）
3. Communication skill, coordination skill, innovation, training skill, problem solving. 沟通技能、协调技能、创新、培训技能、问题解决
4. Good English skill. 较好的英文能力
