SR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Job Overview

-    Early involve in product development process to influence product design and improve product manufacturability, balance the product design and manufacturing technology to select right product structure and manufacturing technology
参与产品前期开发制程，通过产品制造过程评估以优化产品结构设计更加符合制造可行性要求
-    Responsible for Development of Molding Process and management of Molding projects.
负责成型制程的开发和管理
-    Maintain BoP and BoE documentation to convey standard
负责维护更新BoP和BoE相关文件以保障标准化
-    Monitor continuous improvement opportunities that can become part of the standard
通过持续改善以完善标准化的建立

Job Requirements

1.    Will be expected to function in a simultaneous engineering environment to assist in developing new product that is optimized for manufacturability.
协助新产品的开发并协助开发的产品具备良好的可制造性
2.    Provide support for determining the sourcing and tooling platform for the mold related processes as part of the overall manufacturing strategy for new product releases.
作为新产品认可过程中全局制造策略中关键部分，为模具和制造过过程的开发及供应商的选定提供技术支持
3.    Directly responsible for the development and qualification of tooling and the required process to produce molded components for new product releases.
负责在新产品认可和制造过程认可流程中对模具进行认证以满足产品的生产需求
4.    Responsible for defining the quality plan for the project intended to verify the molded part to the product drawing and the level of process capability to that plan.
负责制定认证计划以确保生产的成型产品符合图纸要求和制程能力要求
5.    Directly responsible for the successful transfer of the tool and process to our designated high volume manufacturing site for the project.
负责模具的成功转移并满足量产需求
6.    Expected to have strong project management planning, organizing, and documentation skills
需要具备项目管理能力，组织能力和文档管理能力
7.    The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies.
需要根据在DOE，制程能力分析和统计分析的基础上进行数据分析
8.    Conduct tool/process improvement and lead some projects in order to improve the product quality and operating process efficiency.
主导模具及生产制程改善以提高产品质量和运营效率
9.    Strengthen the mold management in all suppliers by visiting suppliers and participate the supplier audit in tooling capacity.
通过参与供应商管理及稽核加强供应商处的模具管理
10.    Monitor suppliers in mold development and provide guideline to suppliers or quality in terms of mold validation if necessary
监管供应商的模具开发过程并在模具认证方面给供应商或者质量提供指导
11.    Support molding suppliers to establish stable, capable process to meet product 
支持模具开发供应商建立稳定可持续的能力以满足产品需求
12. Be responsible for the mold trial of new products and determine the molding process parameters, accurately identify the defects of products and molds, and propose improvement plans to make them perfect.
  负责新产品试模并确定注塑工艺参数，正确判别产品和模具缺陷提出改善方案使之完善；
13. Be responsible for the improvement, formulation and implementation of molding process technology, and provide effective improvement solutions for technical problems in the molding process
  负责注塑工艺技术改进与编制并执行，对注塑过程中技术难题提供有效改善方案；
14.    Other work assigned by management.

What your background should look like

1.    Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2.    An extensive knowledge base (5 years minimum experience) in mold design, tool construction, injection molding processes, hot runner, pocket mold, family mold, micro mold and materials
3.    Good team player with good communication & presentation in English and Chinese
4.    Good Project Management skill
5.    Excellent problem solving technique
6.    Good understanding on how a process capability study is conducted and able to interpret results
7.    The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies
Know how IATF16949 and familiar with using  5 tools (SPC,MSA,FMEA,PPQP,APQP)
