Job Overview

Key Responsibilities/Objectives

  •  Assist QE Supervisor in establishing, implementing and maintaining in-process and outgoing quality management system.
  • Establish and update QC inspection procedures/instructions.
  • Manage customer feedback and undertake any necessary action regularly.      
  • Monitor product/process quality and drive continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related quality issues.
  • Develop training to build quality awareness for all IPQC/OQC inspector and operators.
  • Support IPQC/OQC inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Conduct line audits and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze failure and drive corrective/preventive action for customer complaints/RMAs.
  • Another work assigned by manager.

What your background should look like:


Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
  • 8 years’ above experience in quality engineering
  • Be familiar with 8D, 5why analysis method to get the solution
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, good communication skill;
  • Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive and result-oriented
  • Good English.
