Job Overview

1.Articulate market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape

2.Conduct market segmentation exercises to develop market segment-specific strategies.

3.Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking

4.Define segment –specific value propositions that beat the competition

5.Develop product roadmaps that aligns with business strategy

6.Work with R&D and operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer requirements

7.Manage the product lifecycle

8.Develop Business Plan

9.Attend customer meetings in support of winning new business

10.Be the champion for resolution of product issues (e.g., quality, delivery, etc.)

11.Other issues.


What your background should look like:

1.5+ years of product management, development engineering or field application engineering experience

2.4-year technical degree required, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred

3.Experience in electrical/electronic industry preferred

4.Ability to travel domestically and internationally between 30%-50%

5.Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts

6.Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, high paced environment

7.Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills

8.Familiar with operating oscilloscope(current:1000A+, voltage 800V+; current 10mA).

9.Familiar with Relay or Contactor application or design.

10.English skill: CET4 or CET6
