Job Requirements

• Providing technical engineering communication support to internal and external customers.
• Assisting product management in recommending optimum design solutions on special projects and ensuring design is compatible with customer requirements and within manufacturing limitations and sound engineering practices.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring new and innovative R&D approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Evaluating and addressing market needs and demands by modification and upgrading of products. Monitoring design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
