Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Strategic Sourcing Teams develop and implement multi-year strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers and parts/services to achieve established goals in supplier quality, delivery, price and service. They align strategy and execution with cross-functional partners such as engineering, manufacturing, product management and functional owners. They execute the competitive bid, negotiation, contracting processes and/or technical continuous improvement for assigned commodities or services; collaborate across Business Units and cross-regions for optimal TE leverage. Our teams demonstrate a high level of expertise in procurement competencies (business/supply chain acumen, negotiation, sourcing strategy development and execution, global savvy, and project and product lifecycle management) and ensure results are delivered compliant with TE policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Responsible for procurement department’s business objectives of productivity, quality, delivery and compliance. Achieve yearly business goal aligned with plant team.  负责采购部门的生产、质量、交货和遵守等业务目标。与工厂团队合作完成年度业务目标
  Develop scorecard to track progress of business objectives and ensure data accurate. 开发记分卡，跟踪业务目标的进展，确保数据准确
2.    Initiate and deploy procurement strategies for continuous improvement on objectives. 启动和部署采购策略以持续改进目标。
3.    Define and complete solutions of top offenders on quality and delivery issue timely. 确定并及时完成质量和交付问题的解决方案
  Manage purchasing activities of both direct and indirect materials. Drive productivity of purchased products and services, through multiple tools. E.g. negotiation, value engineering. 管理直接和间接物料的采购活动。通过多种工具提高所购买产品和服务的生产率。例如谈判，价值工程
4.    Support supply chain and site functional teams to improve on-time delivery (STR/STS) to customers.支持供应链和工厂职能团队，以提高对客户的准时交货。
5.    Support site departments (E.g. PM, ME) to launch NPI and transition programs. 支持部门(如PM, ME)开展新产品导入和转移项目。
6.    Support Operations Certifications and Audits. Be familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 management system requirements and knowledges. 支持运营认证和审核。熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949管理体系要求和知识。
7.    Manage buyers for routing task and develop team by coaching.通过指导来管理采购员的工作和开发团队。
8.    Enhance company Core Value and Compliance regulations in business environment. 提升公司核心价值和商业环境中的合规规定。

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
1.    Full time university bachelor’s degree of engineering or supply chain management统招大学学士学位，工程或者供应链等管理专业
2.    Minimum 7-year experience in procurement or engineering area至少7年采购经验或者工程背景
3.    Proved experience of people management有人员管理经验
4.    Solid knowledge of plastic molding, stamping and plating product is advantage有扎实的塑料成型、冲压、电镀产品知识者优先
5.    Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in matrix environment良好的人际沟通能力，能适应复杂的环境
6.    Customer focus and continuous improvement attitude以客户为中心和持续改进的态度
7.    Advanced knowledge in use of SAP熟练掌握SAP
8.    Fluent in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken流利的英语和普通话读写能力
