Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations.

What your background should look like:

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Establish and maintain company-level safety and ISO14001 (EMS) system, push/supervise its effective implementation, achieve annual objectives; Be familiar with IATF16949. 建立和维护公司安全及ISO14001 (EMS)体系，推动/监督其有效实施，完成年度目标;熟悉IATF16949汽车质量管理体系。
2.    Conduct safety & occupational health, environmental inspection, find out and eliminate the hidden dangers/risks timely, reduce the slight accident, deracinate grievous injury, fire accident, occupational disease and environmental incident; 开展安全、职业卫生、环境检查，及时发现和消除隐患，减少轻微事故，杜绝严重伤害、火灾、职业病和环境事故；
3.    Program and implement training; 策划和实施培训;
4.    Lead and assist the departmental part-time safety coordinators, environmental coordinators to work on EHS issue; Fire-fighting facility management; 领导和帮助部门兼职安全协调员、环境协调员处理EHS事宜;消防设施管理
5.    Chemical hazard rating system maintaining, regular communication with local government and other temporary issues. 化学品危险等级系统的维护，定期与当地政府沟通及其他临时性问题。
6.    Any other task assigned. 完成分配的其他任务。
           
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
1.    Bachelor, Safety or Environmental Engineering; 安全或环境工程专业本科
2.    5+ years on post of EHS management in manufacturing enterprise; 5年以上制造企业EHS管理工作经验
3.    Good oral and written communication skills in mandarin and English. 良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
