Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

2.    工作职责
负责仓库规划，包括布局规划，流程规划，产能规划。和供应链相关方有效沟通，负责跟进仓库持续改进项目。
Be responsible for warehouse layout & process design, capacity planning, continuous improvement project with profound SAP WM knowledge. Communicating across both internally (TE supply chain) and externally (3rd Party Vender).

3.    权限与职责
3.1.    仓库规划部分：对新增的业务需求进行布局规划，进而进行流程规划，最终评估产能影响。
Warehouse Logistics Planning. From business case to warehouse planning & process planning, finally analysis capacity impact
3.2.    仓库运营持续改善：从仓库的收发存，异常处理等各个业务方面，识别现场和系统瓶颈，组织第三方仓库和TE运营团队优化流程，提升效率
Warehouse Process CIP: Lead 3rd party warehouse vender & TE operation team to identify both floor & system bottleneck, provide Kaizen solution to improve efficiency.
3.3.    仓库流程控制塔：协助运营团队和质量团队，负责汇总,规范仓库流程和KPI，发现流程中潜在失效项并及时反馈。
Warehouse Process Control Tower: Assist TE operation & quality team, be responsible for SOP，KPI filing & FEMA loop.
3.4.    物流自动化项目：在项目中和第三方仓库合作落地公司短期和中长期自动化仓库规划
Warehouse Automation Project: Work with 3rd party warehouse vender to implement warehouse short & mid/long term warehouse automation round map.
3.5.    数据收集和报表处理：作为流程改善和业务需求的起点，收集运营数据报表并设计结构。
Data Collection & Handling: Design report hierarchy to guide process Kaizen before data pull-off.

4.2.    SAP的相关培训，涉及SD，WM, MM等模块

5.    所需技能 
5.1.    本科及以上学历，专业物流管理，供应链管理，项目管理,工程等相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Logistics, , supply chain management, Projecting management, engineering or similar field.   
5.2.    3-5年物流工程师，物流规划或运营经验, 仓库工作经验者优先。
3-5 years’ experience in warehouse engineering, planning or operation experience. Warehouse work experience is highly preferred.
5.3.    丰富的SAP LE(WM), SD, MM,实操经验和完整的架构了解。 有WMS/WCS和EDI经验者优先。
Profound & Provided SAP LE(WM), SD, MM, operational experience & hierarchy knowledge. Experience in WMS/WCS & EDI is preferred.
5.4.    精益和项目QCD视角
Lean & Project Q/C/D Perspective
