Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

2.    工作职责
2.1     按计划组织内部和对第三方日常操作的审核以及审核跟踪
Organize internal and third-party daily operations audits and audit tracking according to the plan
2.2 负责内部和第三方审核操作中发现的问题追踪以及改善
    Responsible for tracking and improving issues identified during internal and third-party audit operations
2.3     按照ISO9000标准模式维护质量体系文件，负责质量体系并持续改进公司质量的管理体系
Maintain quality system documents according to ISO9000 standard, responsible for quality system and continuously improve the company's quality management system
2.4     配合事业部对仓储进行二方审核及以及改进跟踪
 Cooperate with the business unit to conduct a second party audit and improvement tracking of the warehouse
2.5 负责质量体系标准和行业标准的收集和内部培训。 
 Responsible for collecting and conducting internal training on quality system standards and industry standards.

3.    任职要求 
3.1     熟悉ISO9001/IATF 16949 体系建设，不少于两年的质量现场审核经验，电子、质量管理等相关专业,大专或以上学历。
Familiar with the construction of ISO9001/IATF 16949 system, with at least two years of experience in quality on-site audit, majoring in electronics, quality management or related fields, with a college degree or above
3.2     具有大型仓储物流经验和SAP操作经验优先考虑
 Having experience in large-scale warehousing and logistics，
SAP operation experience is preferred
3.3     熟练掌握8D、FMEA、SPC等质量工具
 Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.
3.4     有良好的文档写作能力、沟通能力和协调能力、能够承担比较强的工作压力、富有团队合作及敬业精神、工作细致耐心 
 Has good document writing skills, communication and coordination abilities, able to handle strong work pressure, strong teamwork and professionalism, meticulous and patient in work
3.5     具备ISO9001/IATF16949内审员资质证书者优先考虑
    Applicants with ISO9001/IATF16949 internal auditor qualification certificate is preferred  
3.6     具备英文读写能力
Ability to read and write in English
3.7     能接受往返苏州与昆山的两地的办公
 Can accept office between Suzhou and Kunshan
