Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s IT Business Analysis Teams analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. They also configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing, create specifications for systems to meet business requirements and design details of automated systems. At times, TE’s IT Business Analysis Teams may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

What your background should look like:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    End to end design, development, testing of complex automation workflows and supports the implementation of the RPA solutions
•    Ensures RPA coding standards, sprints planning and support for the developers and other technical resources
•    Administers, orchestrates and controls the virtual workforce in operational environment, focused on continuous improvement of the robot performance and expansion of RPA IT infrastructure 
•    Cooperation with internal clients on driving advanced automation and digitalization while supporting implementation of developed solution
•    Close cooperation with RPA Lead, Solution Architects, PM, Business Analysts and RPA tam
•    Oversee development and maintenance of RPA project documentation 
•    Creating and maintaining technical documentation
•    Supervising and mentoring developers in the team
•    Support and ownership of RPA technical infrastructure and virtual workforce – application layer
•    Participating in automation design and planning meetings
•    Set automation development best practice, propagate and follow
•    Deliver error free, truthfully tested, and optimized automation solutions
•    Support RPA lead in managing and expanding the team
•    Support in project planning activities, estimating, in evaluating risks, and prioritizing based on requirements.
•    Research potential automation technology solutions and best practices to help guide automation strategy
•    Act as the primary reviewer of RPA code to ensure compliance to defined standards. Recommend changes to the code as required.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

•    At least three-year experience with developing automations in UiPath 
•    Good knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably: C#, VBA, Visual Basic 
•    RPA experience with SAP, other ERP systems and Finance & Accounting tool/aps 
•    Solid practical experience with RPA IT infrastructure: VM set up, configuration, and connectivity. UiPath services management and maintenance 
•    Experience with digital workforce reporting tool such us Elastic Search, Power BI, UiPath Insights, Tableau 
•    Experience with SQL, ELK stack, VDI 
•    Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere 
•    Experience in: chatbots, predictive analytics, machine learning NLP, LLM. 
•    Problem solving approach, attention to details, proactive attitude 
•    Excellent self organization skills and ability to work autonomously based on specification 
•    Knowledge sharing abilities 
•    Readiness for international mobility (up to 20%) 
•    Upper-Intermediate English
