Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
What your background should look like:

Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred.

Typically requires minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment.

Typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist/HRBP-related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields

Has served as an HR business partner or generalist for organizations with differing business models and complexity, and has demonstrated an ability to provide employee relations, union/labor relations, works council, and mergers and acquisition support to managers and employees

Has held roles in other HR disciplines (HR Operations/Comp & Benefits/Talent Management) which provided both vertical and horizontal exposure and experience

Detects internal and environmental changes and is able to influence relevant stakeholders to respond to those changes effectively.

Must possess knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.

Experience working in global or international organizations.
