Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred.

  • Typically requires minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment.

  • Typically requires minimum 3+ years HR Generalist/HRBP-related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in a variety of fields

  • Has served as an HR business partner or generalist for organizations with differing business models and complexity, and has demonstrated an ability to provide employee relations, union/labor relations, works council, and mergers and acquisition support to managers and employees

  • Has held roles in other HR disciplines (HR Operations/Comp & Benefits/Talent Management) which provided both vertical and horizontal exposure and experience

  • Detects internal and environmental changes and is able to influence relevant stakeholders to respond to those changes effectively.

  • Must possess knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.

  • Experience working in global or international organizations.
