Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.    Work with HR team together on talent management, incl. both office staff and production director labor. 
2.    Support talent development for critical positions in the site.
3.    Lead the whole training for IND site, including annual plan, build up internal trainer team, coordinate China TM, driving training effectiveness and follow up improvement. 
4.    Internal trainer experience could be a plus.
5.    Support business to build up company culture
6.    Work with HR team, business, and local labor union to enhance site employee engagement, employee caring, activities, wellbeing, etc.
7.    Take responsibility of site employee communications, evaluate communication channels effectiveness, and improve
8.    Employee relationship: Responsible for employee off-boarding communication and preparing the leaving report and analysis.
9.    Prepare related regular HR reports
10.    TA and C&B experience could be a plus.
11.    Other HR related work assigned by management.
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
1.    Bachelor's degree or above.
2.    3~5 years HR experiences, especially 2 years L&D experience in manufacturing enterprise, familiar with talent management, employee relationship, and DL engagement will be a plus
3.    Good mindset of marketing.
4.    Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, good communication skill.
5.    Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive, and result-oriented
6.    Good reading and written English skill.
