Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
What your background should look like:
Role Statement
Take responsibility for support all the HR related work for IND Suzhou plant, will focus on employee lift-cycle management, implement of the C&B strategy and policy, labor cost forecast, data analysis and training support, etc. to help business development.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1.Work with HRS team to ensure ppayroll related work on-time delivery and accuracy.
2.Calculate the annul labor cost for labor cost forecast based on business needs;
3.Participate the annual local salary survey including job mapping and data collection.
4.Initiate review and calibrate employee package based on marketing data and internal balance base on needs;
5.Regular review the Performance incentive management process of DL employee, including review the performance criteria, calculate the performance incentives, etc.
6.Responsible for the internal /external audit
7.Employee life-cycle management: Effectively execute HR procedures of onboarding, probation management, Employee P-File maintain. etc.
8.Employee relationship: Responsible for employee off-boarding communication and preparing the leaving report and analysis;
9.HR data management: Maintain the employee data on time, make sure all the information updated on time and accuracy.
10.Prepare related HR reports monthly or weekly and coordinate and support all the training plan for IND site.
11.Other HR related work assigned by management.
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.3~5 years HR experiences, especially 2 years C&B experience in manufacturing enterprise, familiar with employee life-cycle management, employee relationship, and DL performance incentive management process will be plus;
3.Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, good communication skill;
4.Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive and result-oriented
5.Good reading and written English skill.
