Job Overview

Responsibilities
•    Staffing - Coordinating with the talent acquisition team in the recruitment, staffing initiatives, final selection, offer decision, reference checks etc. Also considering to Ensures a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
•    HR Standard Initiatives - Coaching line managers on HR processes to deliver effective reviews, like talent management, compensation reviews, and performance management to ensure that they are conducted properly and on time.
•    ER - Investigating and resolving day-to-day employee relations problems, directly or through advice to line management, and advising employees on HR solutions.
•    TM - Analyzes training and development needs for employees in collaboration with line managers and other HR professionals to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet TE’s current and future needs. Implements Talent Management programs, including marketing and communications, program structure, content, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement. 
•    Stakeholder Mgmt. - Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive programs and initiatives related to a regional or a functional level.
•    HR Reports - Provides tracking and reporting on metrics for HR effectiveness monthly or accordingly (i.e. staffing time to fill, diversity, EVC action plan, succession readiness etc.) and prepares slides for discussion with all levels of management.
•    Others - Serves as contact for vendors (i.e. third-party search, background checks, advertising, etc.) and Corporate Procurement to ensure proper operational set up and contract administration. Others support from direct managers for HR initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field or local equivalent required. 
•    Typically requires minimum 3+ years of professional working experience in overall HR functions.
•    3-5 years of experience in the field of talent management and ER preferred
•    Highly proficient computer skills (Internet, MS Office to include PowerPoint and Excel). 
•    Good English speaking, writing and listening.
