FP & A ANALYST III
Job Overview
Prepares financial reports; performs variance analysis, market research and financial analysis; prepares budgets; assists with close processes as well as budgeting, forecasting, and building financial models; assists with financial planning.
Job Requirements
Daily FP&A:
• Monthly end closing support
• BU Regular reporting package (Weekly tracker, GLF, Capex, etc)
• Annual Budget / Qtrly Comm fcst / Monthly R&O
• Non Plant P&L analysis (Recovery, Cost, PPV, Scrap, etc)
• Expense monitoring and drive the business profitability of Non plant
• TEBIT Cost Out Project review & tracking of Non plant
Business Partner:
• APAC PBL business support
• Carry out finance training to Non finance teams if needed
• Coordination & Driving Asset Mgt process smooth in OV& PBL vendor side
• Various Project support if needed
• Other requests from Direct Mgrs
CER & Asset Mgt support in Non Plant:
• Support Annual re-costing & Inv counting& Assets counting
• Coordination & Driving Asset Mgt process smooth in OV& PBL vendor side
Contact window & Liaison:
• Work with cross functional teams across global and regional
• Contact windows with FSC, coordinating with local functional team and global team
What your background should look like
Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting with 3-5 years’ practical experience in multi-national companies;
2. Good knowledge of commercial finance ,FP&A, finance reporting etc ;
3. Good Knowledge of SAP system is preferred;
4. Good communication with team members is preferred;
5. Good English skill in reading, writing and speaking;
