Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

Work as internal MES expert/Project manager to coordinate factory key users/ internal/external resources to drive digitalization solution implementation; Deeply understand the business demands, work with SME to transfer into digital solutions, acting as bridge between technology and business, Be familiar with lean operation system to promote perfect quality, timely delivery and cost management.
 

What your background should look like:

Act As a project manager, lead the implementation of digital solutions mainly MES in the factory,
    Mainly responsible for MPDV hydra-related solutions implementation and system design (traceability system, etc)
    Manage Project timeline, budget, quality, specify project risks and make mitigation plan
    Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project requirements
    Escalate project problems and keep transparency across project stockholders and members  

Shop-floor Digital contact window
    Has basic program knowledge to design digital project structure and review network topology
    Be familiar MPDV hydra product and deployment experience 
    Strong communication skill across different functions and influence team to reach a consensus
    Great project management skill and risk management skill
    Act as Factory digital system Key user take overall responsibility of system upgrade, maintenance and support

Identify digital opportunity and empower business to improve the competitiveness via digital technology
    Identify improve opportunity based on data and match digital solutions to improve efficiency
    Work closely with function team to pilot digital project to validate the concept

Be familiar with lean operation system to promote perfect quality, timely delivery and cost management 
    Has lean working experience and lead lean improvement projects from end to end
    Has cost analysis working experience and be familiar with non-financial knowledge

Education
教育背景    -    Bachelor degree or above with IE/Computer major
Qualification & Certification
资质证书    -    Familiar with MS office software
-    Familiar with database
-    Familiar with programming
-    PMP certification is needed
Experience
工作经验    -    5+ years working experiences, prefer working experience in international company
-    2+ years on digital factory experience
-    Familiar with  how to design the architecture of large-scale MES projects,  have a good grasp of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT)
-    Rich experience on MES execution project(MPDV hydra )
-    Have independent project leader experience
-    Automotive industry preferred 
Technical Skill & Competencies
专业能力    -    Knowledge of Lean concept and familiar with common Lean tools
-    Proficiency in spoken and written English.
-    Lead digital project development and implementation
-    Familiar with UI/UX Design tool such as Axure/MIINGDAO is plus
-    Be familiar with Power BI to deal with big data
-    Has basic programming skill and strong logic to understand business
-    Has project management skill
-    Strong communication, coordination, and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
