Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports  as required
Support on foreign exchange verification in SAFE system
Prepare the refund documents
Support on inventory loss project
Print vouchers and filing each month end
Support other matters


College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field
Graduate next year at the earliest
Proficient in MS Office
Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated.
