OVERVIEW
The Junior Credit Analyst supports daily credit and collection management activities, including customer credit review, credit monitoring, risk assessment, payment collection and reporting. The role works closely with Sales, Customer Service, BU Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk control while supporting business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Support customer credit reviews and credit limit maintenance.
▪ Monitor customer credit exposure and identify potential risks.
▪ Prepare credit reports, analyses, and related documentation.
▪ Collect and review customer financial information and support documents.
▪ Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues.
▪ Support process improvement, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc projects.
▪ Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, English, Auditing, Economics, or related disciplines. (Full-time)
Experience
• At least 1 year Internship or work experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Shared Service Center, or Risk Management.
• Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good English communication skills with CET 6, able to read, write and oral conversation.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
