Job Summary

The Automation Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions that support Finance, Accounting, and other business functions across our global shared services organization. Working as part of a multidisciplinary automation team, this position is responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions using UiPath and complementary technologies.

The role encompasses the full automation development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. The Automation Developer collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, and fellow developers to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade automation solutions, integrating with ERP and business applications, and supporting production automations in a complex corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using the UiPath platform and related technologies.
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable automation workflows.
•    Participate in process assessments, solution design workshops, and technical discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
•    Deliver medium to high-complexity automation solutions independently while adhering to established development standards and best practices.
•    Integrate automations with SAP, ERP systems, databases, web applications, APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
•    Execute unit testing, support user acceptance testing activities, and resolve defects identified throughout the delivery lifecycle.
•    Troubleshoot and enhance existing automations to improve reliability, performance, and business value.
•    Monitor production automations, investigate incidents, and support resolution of operational issues.
•    Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality development standards.
•    Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution design artifacts.
•    Collaborate closely with Automation Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and project teams throughout automation delivery.
•    Contribute reusable components, frameworks, and development assets to improve automation delivery efficiency.
•    Stay up to date with UiPath platform capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Finance, or related field.
•    Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.
•    Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Assets, Queues, and REFramework.
•    Good knowledge of software development principles and object-oriented programming.
•    Practical programming experience in C# or another object-oriented language.
•    Experience integrating automation solutions with SAP, ERP systems, databases, web services, and enterprise applications.
•    Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
•    Experience with automation testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
•    Understanding of source control systems and collaborative development practices.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•    Experience in integrating automations through REST APIs and modern integration technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
•    UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification or equivalent certification.
•    Experience with UiPath products such as Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service, Communications Mining, or Test Suite.
•    Familiarity with reporting and monitoring tools such as UiPath Insights, Power BI, Tableau, or Elastic (ELK) Stack.
•    Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services and AWS Bedrock.
•    Exposure to AI, OCR, Machine Learning, NLP, or Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
•    Experience with additional automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
•    Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation and automation initiatives.
•    Experience working in Finance & Accounting, Shared Services (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Financial Shared Services (FSC) environments.
