Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the production and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

Planning and Budgeting
1. Implement production-related budgets and plans for the workshop, monitor the execution and achievement of budget and planning targets, and prepare and submit production and manpower plans and budgets.
2. Allocate and balance relevant targets among production teams and monitor employees' achievement of assigned objectives.
People Management
1. Allocate and balance work responsibilities among subordinates.
2. Review performance and provide timely performance evaluations and feedback to team members.
3. Coach, develop, and motivate employees.
4. Assist employees in resolving interpersonal or inter-team conflicts.
5. Provide training for team members, identify issues in a timely manner, and offer effective feedback and professional guidance.
Production Process Improvement
1. Develop improvement plans related to production processes (quality, efficiency, scrap rate, etc.), guide and monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives, and coordinate the necessary resources.
Production Planning
1. Provide production capacity information and support production planners in establishing reasonable production schedules.
2. Receive and confirm production orders issued by planning, and coordinate the required materials, manpower, and equipment.
3. Develop daily production plans according to production capacity.
Mass Production Management
1. Monitor the execution of production plans by each production team.
2. Verify shop conditions, including manpower, equipment, materials, methods, environment, and safety, and coordinate the resolution of production abnormalities.
3. Review production and quality records/reports and propose improvement actions.
4. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources required for sample production and assembly trials.
5. Monitor and drive the implementation of all TEOA tools and initiatives on the shop.Production Delivery
1. Coordinate and resolve issues that may arise during product delivery.
2. Review and approve the final completion status of production orders, including material usage, scrap rate, and defect rate.
3. Cooperate with the QA department by providing production-related information for customer audits, and develop and implement corresponding corrective and improvement actions.
4. Organize material inventory activities and monitor the accuracy of SAP data entry.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
