Job Overview

The Supervisor Manufacturing Operation is responsible for leading daily production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring output, quality, safety, and operational performance meet production targets. This role acts as the primary point of contact during the shift, coordinates with cross-functional teams, leads operators and line leaders, and drives issue containment, recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• 1. Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent qualification accepted: Higher Vocational Certificate with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience including leadership responsibility.
  2. Experience
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing production experience.
  • Minimum 1 year in a Line Leader, Shift Leader, or Supervisor position.
  • Electronics manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  3. Skills & Competencies
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, SOPs, SWIs, 5S, and Lean principles.
  • Basic problem-solving skills using Why-Why Analysis, 4M, and containment actions.
  • Ability to work rotating day/night shifts and manage changing production demands.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic English communication for reporting and escalation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and production data reporting.
  • Knowledge of MES and traceability systems.
  • ERP/MRP knowledge is an advantage.
