Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
  • Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and tools.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support vendor evaluation processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership to support strategic initiatives.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Supply chain, Customer Care, Purchasing, logistics, or operations analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience in SAP ERP
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Bilingual: Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
