Position Overview

Plan and execute sourcing strategy for Molding & Assembly commodity to meet internal and external customer’s expectation and to support sustainable business growth.

1) Establish long term sourcing strategy to develop Molding&Assembly supply base

2) Improve Molding&assembly suppliers QCDT capability to meet TEK business requirement

3) Achieve YoY 5% price reduction target to sustain company cost competitiveness

4) Support new project development by multiple bidding and new supplier sourcing

5) Networking with cross function team to secure supply chain stability 

Qualifications

1)Competencies & Skills
•Minimum 3 years automotive industry experiences
•Well know about molding and assembly manufacture process and cost structure
•Excellent supplier management capability
•Well know about automotive quality process and system- IATF, APQP, PPAP…
2)Education 
•Bachelor’s degree and above
•Preferred engineering major 
3)Professional Training & Certifications 
•English language skills in speech and writing
