Leads reviews and strategies to ensure that all products meet quality standards; develops and evaluates quality standards, processes and procedures to improve the safety, reliability, efficacy and durability of products.

Job Requirements

• Tracking and reporting of quality metrics such as KPIs.
• Consulting on quality and service issues; prioritizes these and communicates with appropriate departments for containment, correction, and prevention.
• Planning and estimating quality support requirements for new products, functions, and components.
• Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality; working with product developers to resolve non-compliance issues.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
