Job Requirements

• Taping Process Development for NPI

  Develop cable making advanced process technology to effectively support production and new cable business development.

  Equipment/Process/Tooling Improvement

  Conduct equipment/process/tooling improve activities to enhance production efficiency        

  Cost Saving Project Implement

  Implement cost saving projects to effectively support production and new cable business development.      

  SOP/ECN Preparation

  Prepare SOP，ECN (Engineering Change Notice) to effectively support production and new cable business development.

  Sample Making Program Monitor

  Monitor sample making program and solve technical issues to effectively support production and new cable business development.

  Process Issue Solving

  Provide technical support to complicated process problem solving in production to effectively support production and new cable business development.

   

  College diploma in engineering

  • 5 years cable making manufacturing work experience.   
  • Ability to solve critical issues and make process more stable with effective tools like 6M, DOE and SPC etc.
  • Good logic, be good at and willing to do the data analysis.
  • Good communication skills, integrity, accountability.
  • Good speaking and writing English

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
