Job Requirements
- Monitoring the trends of common issues and collaborating with multiple departments to resolve design-level problems and ensure a higher quality of products.
- Overseeing end consumers' satisfaction levels, understanding the customer needs, and developing technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
- Liaising with multiple departments and critical stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and identifying future roadmap needs of the customer(s).
- Driving various technical training programs, and training the sales and internal stakeholders to increase the product knowledge and manage the growth of their territory.
What your background should look like
Responsibilities:
Teamwork with account manager to design win TE product in customer system
Work directly with customer to resolve technical issues including Server, Storage, Networking, IPC and computer peripherals product
Track, respond and manage customer's technical inquiries
Make communication between customer engineer and internal engineering team
Technical Seminar/Product promotion & training for customers
Create new concept and proposal for customers
Develop and maintain professional relationship with customers
Qualifications
Experience with one of following criterion:
FAE experience at least 3 years
Connector design experience at least 3 years
Server, Storage, Networking product design experience at least 3 years
2D/3D CAD skill is required.
Ability to speak a technical and a business language.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Fluent English skill for both writing and speaking.
Good computer and project management skills.
