Job Overview

The Senior Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence. This role is not only about improving processes—it is about developing people, enabling leaders, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Working globally and cross-functionally, the Senior Director will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success

 

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading global continuous improvement programs that build capability and deliver measurable results.
- Partnering with senior leadership to connect enterprise strategy with day-to-day operations.
- Embedding standard frameworks and best practices to drive consistency across functions.
- Diagnosing organisational performance gaps and enabling teams to implement effective solutions.
- Building a culture of inclusion, learning, and accountability where employees thrive and innovate

 

Position could be Remote international travel as needed (50-75%)
