Job Overview

This role is part of a global Enterprise Systems / Order-to-Cash team, supporting SAP Order Management capabilities across regions. You will work in a standardized global SAP landscape while partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The position offers exposure to complex, high-impact enterprise programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, global template governance, and digital transformation initiatives) and the opportunity to grow into a senior technical and functional leadership role.

Job Requirements

•    Serve as a senior SAP Order Management (SD) analyst supporting a global, template-driven SAP ECC/S/4 landscape
•    Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements for Order-to-Cash processes
•    Translate business requirements into SAP configuration, functional designs, and solution recommendations
•    Evaluate solution options, including standard SAP functionality and custom developments, and assess cost, risk, and impact
•    Lead and support SAP configuration activities, including build, testing, and migration to production
•    Author and review functional specifications for ABAP, forms, interfaces, and enhancements; provide oversight to development teams
•    Execute and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect resolution
•    Support data migration and data mapping activities from legacy systems into SAP
•    Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and configuration records to support global template integrity
•    Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to regional implementation teams and operations
•    Implementing Ship & Debit process using Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks module specifically with Billback claims management process experience
•    Setting up basic Billback claims management configuration Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks module including Claims, Agreements & Invoice Pools setup
•    Configuring price conditions & price procedures related to Billback agreements
•    Implementing Ship & Debit process globally in all regions (Americas, Europe & Asia)
•    Working with cross teams like OTC, MM, FI, EDI, PI/PO Middleware, MuleSoft & TE.com Self Service Portal
•    Working with business to gather requirements & produce Functional Design Document 
•    Working with technical teams to explain the requirements to create Technical Design Specifications
•    Familiarization with Tariffs, Taxes in different countries, Freight charges specifically related to generating credits on ship & debit claims
•    Prioritizing critical tickets & resolving them with appropriate test scenarios
•    Upgrading existing Vistex software as part of overall SAP HANA upgrade process
•    Performing initial mass data loads as part of Distributors Rollouts into Vistex Ship & Debit Process 

What your background should look like

5+ years of experience as an SAP SD / Order Management or ERP Systems Analyst in a global environment – specifically with Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks module - Billback claims management process
•    Experience with Vistex DMR application to maintain Customers, Materials & Material Cross References Master Data
•    Knowledge of handling EDI Inbound Claims Submissions, Outbound Claims Response & Agreement Details feeds with distributors
•    Experience with S/4 HANA Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks module
•    Experience with Vistex Vizi Reporting tool for creating custom reports based on business need
•    Experience working across multiple production and test systems, supporting both steady state operations and migration waves
•    Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Sales & Distribution processes
•    Experience working within global, standardized SAP templates and multi-country implementations
•    Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams across regions and time zones
•    Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformations or system upgrades is a plus
•    University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
•    Equivalent experience within an IT or enterprise systems organization may be considered
