Job Overview

Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Monitor and manage all sales opportunities within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates.
  • Support and train the sales team to drive opportunities toward successful closure.
  • Communicate market trends and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE Energy’s product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Introduce new products to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption.
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on market conditions and account performance.
  • Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives.

What your background should look like

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales development role.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Technical & Market Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the electrical products market, especially within the utilities sector.
  • Ability to identify and communicate market trends, including technological shifts and customer acquisition processes.
  • Proven experience in technical product presentations and strategic account development.

Sales & Business Development Skills

  • Skilled in sales tactics, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to introduce new products to the market and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Experience managing opportunities and pipelines through Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working under target-driven environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Able to deliver clear and concise updates to senior management.
