Job Requirements

• Required Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.

  3–6 years of experience in test coordination, validation testing, reliability testing, or engineering project support.

  Solid understanding of reliability and validation test environments including environmental, mechanical, and electrical testing.

  Experience coordinating with internal labs, external test houses, and suppliers.

  Strong organizational and project tracking skills with high attention to detail.

  Ability to manage multiple tests and priorities in parallel.

  Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  Preferred Qualifications

  Hands-on background in reliability or validation testing.

  Familiarity with industry standards such as EIA, IEC, IPC, ISTA, or customer-specific validation requirements.

  Experience using project management or test tracking systems.

  Experience supporting data center power, cable, or connector products.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
