Job Requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1)      Organize team and champion complaint resolution.

2)      Coordinate and execute Containment Actions.

3)      Investigate, identify root causes and establish Corrective and Preventive Plan.

4)      Implement and verify Corrective and Preventive Action effectiveness.

5)      Provide 8D response and correspond complaint closure.

6)      Conduct Process FMEA and participate in Design FMEA.

7)      Establish Advance Product Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Quality Inspection Plan.

8)      Establish Measurement Standards and Visual Inspection Methods.

9)      Review Non-Conforming Articles, provide dispositions and follow-up Corrective Action with Operation.

10)   Conduct QMS Internal Audit and Manufacturing Process Audit.

11)   Design Inspection Gages and establish Gage Usage Guide.

12)   Plan and Conduct Experiments, Evaluations, Capability Studies and Measurement System Analysis.

13)   Conduct Quality Awareness Sessions to Operation personnel.

14)   Conduct Tooling, Process and Material Qualification and Validation.

15)   Conduct Process Certification and Safe Launch Program for new and transfer products.

16)   Participate in 6-Sigma projects, Kaizen events and Continual Improvement activities.

17)   Any other assignments delegated by Superiors.

What your background should look like

Qualifications:

• Education

1)      Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Electrical Engineering or related field.

•  Experience

1)      Preferably with 5-10 years of quality control and/or assurance experience in automotive and/or electronics manufacturing industry.

2)      Knowledge and experience in ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 standards, Quality Management System Audit, Manufacturing Process Audit, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), 8-Discipline Methodology, 5-Why Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram Analysis and Design Of Experiment (DOE) preferred.
