Job Overview


Lead the deployment and evolution of the DDN Operations Business System by driving lean transformation, capability building, governance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing sites. The role focuses on creating a sustainable operating system and fostering a culture of frontline ownership, operational excellence, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
TEOA Deployment & Governance
•    Lead deployment of the DDN Operations TEOA roadmap across all sites.
•    Establish and maintain CI governance mechanisms to ensure execution discipline and accountability.
•    Drive standardization of lean operating practices and management systems.
Capability Building
•    Deliver lean training, coaching, and mentoring to leaders and site teams.
•    Develop internal CI capability and succession pipelines.
•    Lead TEOA maturity assessments and certification processes.
Continuous Improvement Pipeline
•    Build and govern site improvement pipelines.
•    Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream improvement initiatives.
•    Ensure sustainable implementation and benefit realization.
Performance Management
•    Track operational performance metrics and CI project outcomes.
•    Identify systemic barriers and drive corrective actions.
•    Share best practices across sites to accelerate learning.
Culture & Engagement
•    Promote frontline ownership and employee-led improvement.
•    Foster a culture of problem-solving, waste elimination, and accountability.
•    Support leadership development through continuous improvement activities.

 

What your background should look like

Key Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
•    8+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
•    Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
•    Proven experience leading multi-site CI deployment.
•    Strong coaching, facilitation, and change management skills.
•    Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
