Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, you will help shape the future of medical manufacturing by advancing operational excellence across a global network. As Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will lead deployment of the TEOA Business System across the Medical Business Unit, strengthening operational discipline, building problem-solving capability, and accelerating a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital Factory, Product Management, and functional leaders to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, yield, and customer experience across nine manufacturing plants (U.S., Mexico, Costa Rica, Ireland and China).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of the TEOA Business System across global Medical BU manufacturing sites and support functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital Factory, and business leaders to standardize best practices and accelerate results.
  • Build Lean, TEOA, problem-solving, and leadership capability through coaching, workshops, and Kaizen events.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear operational goals, improvement plans, metrics, and governance routines.
  • Leverage digital tools, analytics, automation, and data-driven insights to improve operational performance and execution discipline.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and sustainable transformation.

What your background should look like

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years in operations, manufacturing, operations excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-level improvements across multiple sites or regions.
  • Experience deploying Lean, TEOA, Six Sigma, or equivalent business systems.
  • Plant management or site leadership experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Expert, Lean Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Cross-functional operations experience and change management expertise preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, analytics, and transformation skills.
