Job Summary
进行自动化设备和模具/夹具的设计/维护，制程分析，支持MPDE团队进行新产品的运行开发，以满足生产要求，并确保机器在工程政策，程序和系统下的生产稳定性.
Machine or tooling/fixture Design/maintenance, process analysis. support MPDE team for the new product engineering run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.

工作职责：
Job description
1.非标自动化设备开发，提出设计方案与设备供应商一起开发，安装并调试自动线, 跟踪调试进度, 及时反馈并解决问题以保证项目进度 .
Develop non-standard automation equipment, propose design solutions and collaborate with equipment suppliers on development; install and commission automated production lines; monitor commissioning progress; and provide timely feedback and resolve issues to ensure the project stays on schedule.    
2.技术支持：自动线试产，量产运行及换型时为生产提供技术支撑，保证自动线运转正常.
Provide technical support to manufacturing during prototype run and production start-up/changeover.”    
3.问题解决：及时识别并解决生产中出现的机械故障, 保证生产顺利进行. 
Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems for automation line.
4.与相关部门进行高效地沟通，维持良好的工作关系，及时跟时并解决问题.
Responsible for the effective communication across the company".    
5.培训指导：指导技术员并参与自动线维护及产品换型工作.
Line maintenance/change over together with/guiding the technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly.

Job Requirements

职位要求：
Job requirements
1. 本科/专科学历，机械工程/自动化/机电一体化专业优先，优秀者可放宽学历要求.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics preferred. Educational requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
2. 三年以上非标设备设计或调试经验, 擅长工装夹治具设计. 
Minimum 3 years of experience w/ automated assembly machines, skilled in fixture/jig design and troubleshooting for automation machine.
3. 熟悉视觉外观/尺寸在线检测系统（如基恩士/康奈士/VISCO等）,  了解PLC，气动元件，传感器，伺服和其他动作控制设备工作原理，了解相应元件选型.
Familiar with online visual inspection systems for appearance and dimensions (e.g., Keyence, Cognex,Visco); understand the operating principles of PLCs, pneumatic components, sensors, servo systems, and other motion control equipment; and understand component selection.
4. 了解机械手的特性和操作，有机械手维护保养经验为佳. 对于电气性能有一定了解.
Robot knowledge will be a plus. Interfacing knowledge between mechanical and electrical.
5. 熟练使用Pro-E/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/UG/Inventor/CREO等软件.
Familiar with Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software to create 2D and 3D drawing.
6.较好的逻辑推导能力，善于分析问题并提出解决方案，保持开放思维，良好的人际沟通技能.
Good logical ability to analysis and problem-solving skills, keep open mind and interpersonal skills. 
7. 英文读写良好, 可阅读相关英文技术资料.
English skills, able to ready technical materials in English.
