Responsibilities:

• Participate in PRD (Product Requirements Document) review as early involvement activity.
• Participate in product DFM review.
• To initiate and establish MTP (Manufacturing Test Plan) - Develop & determine test requirement (including test equipment & fixture planning)
• Prototype RF measurement, verification and validation
• Responsible for test jigs and fixtures kick off and DFM with supplier.
• Responsible to establish manufacturing documents (SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan) on test related processes
• Responsibility to participate on DVT and PVT build and RF measurement.
• Failure Analysis Corrective Action Planning (FACA)
• CPK and GR&R Analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or software engineering
• 5+ yrs. Experiences in assembly process development, automation development or product design/development experience
• Basic knowledge of new product development processes and workflow
• Basic knowledge or experience in RF field
• Proficiency in using RF test equipment (vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer) an advantage
• Basic knowledge of electronics and Arduino-based hardware
• Familiar with programming concepts (C#/.NET preferrable)
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.
