Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Connected Living Solutions business is seeking a high-impact leader to improve its market and competitive intelligence capability into a strategic growth engine. This role will build the external fact base that helps the business make decisions on where to play, how to win, and where to invest across different value drivers

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

  • We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and action-oriented leader with:
    •    12+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, strategy, strategic marketing, business insights, or market analytics
    •    Strong experience in market sizing, segmentation, competitive analysis, growth prioritization, and executive storytelling
    •    A track record of building or upgrading an insight-generation capability, not just maintaining reports
    •    Strong cross-functional influence and the ability to work in a matrixed business
    •    A practical understanding of how market insight translates into growth, share gain, and commercial execution
    •    Preferred experience in industrial, HVAC, appliances, connectivity, building technologies, electromechanical, or related B2B markets
    •    Drive recommendations and actively lead prioritization of where the business should invest, accelerate or deprioritize growth opportunities. 
    •    Drive the market analysis for new growth vector opportunity identification and prioritization for the business.
    •    Build and lead a modern market and competitive intelligence capability for CLS.
    •    Partner across Strategy, BD, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to turn external insight into action

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
