Key Responsibilities
Maintains relationships and ensures high level of customer satisfaction
Closely collaborates with customer engineering department
Attend project meetings and conduct regular customer calls and presentations
Drives design-in and identifies possibilities to sell the complete TE product portfolio
Understands customer application and pain points as well as captures customer requirements and competitive landscape
Performs Voice of the Customer and communicates impact to internal stakeholders
Creates & maintains opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)
Discusses customer roadmaps and identifies TE product gaps and new product opportunities
Cooperates with internal stakeholders from various subverticals to generate new products based on customer feedback
Reviews customers technical & quality specifications in alignment with internal stakeholders
First level support for all technical clarifications at customer and follow up on improvements
Organizes internal and external technical application workshops and events (e.g., tech days, trainings)
Present new product concepts at key customers and collect feedback
Deep dive leading customer development include customer & TE strategy, products, quotation, quality, delivery etc.
Engage/Enable with key distributors for IND key account business activities include regular meeting, seminar, workshop, training, customer visit.
new Emerging Industries deep dive, Nurtured potential customers for focus account.
Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in one of the following academic disciplines mechanics, electrics, electronics or similar relevant
5 years’ industry experience in engineering (required) and sales (would be an advantage)
Skills & Abilities Required
Outgoin with strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in TE
General business acumen and strong customer management skills
Clear, strategic thinker with ability to execute on priorities and work toward targets
Knowledge of Business Development & Distributor Engage/Enable
Strategy view for key business
Open minded, think outside of the box
Ability to simplify and explain complex technical matters
Team player, likes to work with different colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures
Strong english language skills required
Willingness to travel and visit customers (70-80%)
Self-motivated with a passion for serving and helping customers
