Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Communications and Change Management Specialist to support TE’s Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will focus on developing and executing internal communication strategies that promote awareness, engagement, and adoption of global talent programs, including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.  Candidates should be great communicators, excellent writers, and quick learners that are familiar with the best practices in employee communications and change management.   This role plays a critical part in shaping how employees experience and engage with TE’s global talent strategy, using storytelling and data to drive awareness, adoption, and impact.  The ideal candidate brings creativity and a passion for exploring new and innovative ways to communicate and engage employees. 

 

You will partner closely with Talent Management leaders and stakeholders across regions to thoughtfully plan strategic communications, craft compelling narratives, manage communication channels, and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our global HR strategy.  We are looking for an ambitious self-starter, who brings new ideas and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute Talent Management CoE annual communication plan; track ongoing activities and communications and change management progress for strategic initiatives.  
  • Develop and execute individual plans that support specific initiatives to drive awareness, adoption and employee engagement. 
  • Write, edit, and publish content for internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, videos, toolkits, etc.) tailored to diverse global audiences. 
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate complex talent strategies into clear, engaging, and actionable communications. 
  • Support change management efforts related to talent programs and projects by aligning messaging with organizational goals and stakeholder needs 
  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels to ensure consistency, accessibility, and high engagement across global audiences with all Talent Management content. 
  • Create visual and multimedia assets (PowerPoints, graphics, infographics, videos) that align with brand and tone guidelines. 
  • Continuously seek, new creative, and innovative approaches to communicating complex talent concepts in ways that resonate with global audiences. 
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback; recommend improvements based on insights and best practices. 
  • Partner with HR Analytics and Talent Management teams to interpret data and translate insights into actionable communications strategies.   
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder needs across regions. 
  • Facilitate meetings within team and present/facilitate to larger, virtual audiences.  

Job Requirements

Qualifications  

    • 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications and change management, preferably within HR or Talent Management. 
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics; proficiency with storytelling for various stakeholder audiences (e.g., PowerPoint, infographics, reference resources). 
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams and with leaders at all levels. 
    • Experience with digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools). 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. 
    • Experience working with language complexities and translation services 
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform communication strategies. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. 
    • Familiarity with talent management concepts and HR operating models is a strong plus. 
    • Familiarity with change management concepts 
    • Familiarity with HR metrics and talent analytics (e.g., participation rates, learning completions, internal mobility, engagement).

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $89,500-111,800  (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
