Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle. They determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules, initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis. The Team develops specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labor requirements. They provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance and may be asked to participate in higher level supplier performance reviews with the strategic sourcing team. They also monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

  • Anlegen von Stammdaten (Stücklisten, Routings, etc.) in SAP R/3
  • Pflege existierender produktions- und kostenrelevanter Stammdaten in SAP
  • Erstellung von Reportings zur Sicherstellung der Qualität von Stammdaten
  • Überwachung und Prüfung der Prozessabläufe sowie der Kostenaufschlüsselung verschiedener Produkte
  • Schnittstelle zwischen der Produktkalkulation und den Produktionsbereichen
  • Übernahme genereller Aufgaben im Bereich der Produktkalkulation
  • Bewertung und Reporting der Kosteneinsparungsprojekte
  • Kapazitätsanalysen
  • Effizienzanalysen
  • Erstellung und Management von WBS Elementen
  • Ad-hoc Analysen

What your background should look like:

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Verständnis für die Produktkostenkalkulation
  • Erfahrung mit der Stammdatenerfassung und –pflege ist wünschenswert
  • Teamplayer mit guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung mit den SAP R/3 Modulen MM und PP sowie sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
  • Gute englische und deutsche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
