Job Overview

TE Connectivity's HR Solutions Partners provide consultative geographically-based HR professional services, guidance and coaching to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.  They coach managers or employees to ensure that recurring HR processes, such as talent/performance management or salary review processes, are completed appropriately and on time.  The HR Solutions Partner manages a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics.  They conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.


As Manager HR Solutions you will advise the plant management and the management on all strategic HR decisions and change management measures at Speyer (Germany) sites with around 1000 employees.

You will consistently drive the innovative further development of the HR department with modern processes, systems and tools and act as a manager and coach for a team of around 7 employees. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • You are the strategic Manager HR Solutions, business-oriented consultant and impulse generator for the plant management and the management in all HR issues 
  • Further development and implementation of an innovative HR strategy as well as implementation of appropriate measures and initiatives
  • Consistent further development of HR structures, processes and instruments in order to be able to adequately accompany the company's growth
  • Consulting and support in change management in all strategic and operational matters
  • Cooperative and solution-oriented collaboration with the works council
  • Leadership and further development of the HR team
  • Collaborative work within the global HR organization (Business Unit HR, Service Center, Recruiting Organization and COEs)

Experience and Qualifications Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business and/or HR.
  • Experience working in global or international organizations, ideally matrix organization
  • Leadership experience in managing business partners and HR managers
  • Strong change affinity and motivation
  • HR knowledge from industry/manufacturing an advantage 
  • Consistent solution and business orientation
  • Functional HR expertise: talent management, HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations/law  
  • Experience with organizational design and talent and management development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Project management experience 
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
