Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Your main tasks:

  • Supporting employees and managers in a defined area for all personnel-related matters, as well as solving diverse and complex issues
  • Coordinating and implementing organizational changes, individual personnel measures, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborative partnership with Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development, as well as Business Unit HR and Shared Service Centers
  • Implementing HR processes in the assigned area (Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning)
  • Job evaluation and compensation determination according to the existing collective bargaining agreements (GBV)
  • Contributing to the introduction and implementation of company-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives
  • Participating in local and cross-location HR projects
  • Recruiting specialists
  • Further developing existing tools and processes
  • Constructive and trustworthy collaboration with the Works Council

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources, or further education with relevant experience in the required field of responsibility
  • Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial and corporate environment
  • Good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, tax, and social security law
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Experience in change management is an advantage
  • High service orientation, commitment, and dedication
  • Organizational talent and structured working style
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools, particularly SuccessFactors, is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
