Monitors the sourcing programs and initiatives, manage vendor relationships and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to execute programs that support strategic goals.

Job Requirements

• Support the Sourcing Process, including but not limited to, data-input for RFQs into IT-system (I-Source), sending out and tracking of RFQ`s, clarification of missing data with supplier, analysis of RFQs and preparation of bidding overview in accordance with timeline and global sourcing policies
• Responsible to inform suppliers in case of no nomination decision by using relevant semi-automatic response IT-tools
• Responsible to create and place orders, including compliance with all internal order processes and order communication with the supplier and the tactical buyer
• Drive complex ad hoc queries and work autonomously on assigned projects
• Responsible to create Purchase Orders, including tracking and follow-up of milestones and problem-solving with suppliers and internal functions
• Review open orders and communication/escalation of external and internal discrepancies to relevant tactical buyer
• Expedite critically needed purchases
• Guiding and coaching other sourcing supports
• Responsible to create goods receipt (procurement payment release) and ensure that relevant purchasing data in SAP is accurate and updated
• Check invoices for purchase orders and resolve discrepancies on invoicing, including internal and external communication and follow up invoice release process per delegation of authority
• Support in the review and design of SWIs and process improvements
• Responsible to store and maintain contracts and agreements in I-Contract.
• Support other co-departments to achieve TE targets of TTM, savings, quality, delivery and localization

What your background should look like

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing support
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus
• Ability to work in matrix environment with multi-cultural team
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
• Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• English fluent in speaking and writing additional language is advantage
• Strong Team player
